Privacy Notice
Draft notice for product testing. Review hosting location, retention periods, vendor processing arrangements, data-subject request procedures and applicable Malaysian privacy obligations before public launch.
Information collected
Registration collects the company name, account owner's name and email, optional business contact information, and a password stored as a one-way hash. The service stores project records, plan requests, login information and an administrative audit trail.
How it is used
Registration information is used to create workspaces, authenticate users, administer trials and subscriptions, and protect accounts. Workspace project records are partitioned by company account in the application's database queries.
Security
This build requires HTTPS, uses HTTP-only session cookies, password hashes, CSRF protections and basic role checks. These controls are not a substitute for a production security review, tested backups or operational monitoring.
Retention and requests
A detailed retention schedule and customer data access/deletion workflow are not yet implemented. Do not use this test service to store sensitive or regulated information before the policies and safeguards are finalized.
